Brightening Your Smile…

Woman Hiding Her Smile

You Owe It to Yourself

Finally achieving a great looking, bright smile can mean a lot. Especially if negative feelings about your smile have been holding you back in life, causing self-consciousness about your overall appearance. Whether you are worried about a job interview, going on a date, or meeting with business clients, there are many instances in which a bright white smile can improve your confidence.

Brighten Up Your Smile

If you’re unhappy with the appearance of your teeth due to stains or other discolorations, first consider some changes in diet/habits to avoid these stain-causing factors.

  • Avoid drinking coffee, tea, cola, red wine, or fruit juice
  • No tobacco use, in any of its forms
  • Avoid eating berries, cherries, or plums
  • No flavoring meals with soy sauce or curry

But even if you strictly follow the above advice, your teeth still may be darkened due to the natural effects of aging. Or perhaps you are just looking for quick, dramatic results. In these instances we can recommend teeth whitening, performed either at our office in a single short visit or over the course of a few weeks with at-home whitening trays.

There are various options that are sure to fit your exact teeth whitening needs, so please contact us for a consultation. And be sure to remember your regular dental check-ups as the best way to maintain and improve your oral health.
